Do you ship Oversized Items?
Yes, we can ship ATV fenders, frames, racks, large plastics, and just about anything you can think of. Oversized shipping charges apply for each of these and anything else that is considered to be oversized from our sales staff. Please contact our parts professionals BEFORE you order to avoid any surprises on shipping charges to your order.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes, International shipping options are available! All International customers please note: Your total order cost including shipping does not include taxes or brokerage fees incurred when your item passes through customs. Feel free to contact UPS on this for more information regarding your country. Please email us if you have any further questions about shipping.
How much do you charge for shipping inside the U.S.?
We use both UPS and USPS integrated shipping methods that are calculated as you shop and are specific to your order/area. Some restrictions will apply to oversized and bulk items.
What happens if I purchase items with pricing errors?
Although we try our best to have an error-free website, nobody is perfect. We reserve the right to contact you and correct pricing or other errors prior to fulfilling your order.
Back orders happen from time to time and they are frustrating. Unfortunately, they prevent you from receiving your parts in a timely manner. There is no way around back orders. They are issued from the manufacturers and are worldwide. If for some reason your part is on back order we will give you a call or send you an email with the projected release date. If you decide the wait is too long, we will be happy to cancel the back ordered part at no charge and ship the rest of your order. By canceling a back ordered item you fore-go your place in the back order waiting list. We appreciate your patience and will make every effort to ship your order at the earliest opportunity.
Are the parts you sell new?
Yes, we sell new OEM parts from Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, and Kawasaki. We do not sell used parts of any kind.
Does the plastic you sell come painted?
Yes, all the bodywork we sell comes painted and decaled. There are some Kawasaki parts that do not come with the stickers. If the middle four digits of the Kawasaki part number start with a five (5), then the bodywork will come with all the stickers. All Honda plastics come complete with stickers, minus sponsor special edition decal packages. All Suzuki plastics come painted, and most come with stickers already applied, however, some models the stickers are sold separately.
Are the tires you sell blems?
No, just like our OEM parts, our tires are brand new and in perfect condition. They are just like the tires you would buy at your local dealer, only cheaper. We sell them at a very low margin of profit in hopes that you, the consumer will buy a lot of them. The only way we can sell tires this cheap is by web orders only.
How long will it take to get my order?
Typically, ground service orders take 7-10 business days to get to you. We order most parts directly from the manufacturers. Stocking more parts would mean higher prices due to warehousing costs. We feel that our customers benefit from our ordering efficiency, and will wait a few days in order to save some serious cash.
Can I expedite my order?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping services. Contact us at email@example.com to arrange it.
If I order apparel and it does not fit can I exchange it?
Yes, you may exchange apparel one time for the correct size. The apparel must be in new unworn, unused condition with all tags, documents, and protective coverings intact before you ship it back.
I do not want anybody to get my credit card info, is it safe to order online through your site?
All transactions on our website are protected with industry standard SSL technology to keep your information safe. We do NOT keep your credit card number in our web database. This is to prevent unauthorized use. The system is safer than making a transaction by phone. We authorize all credit card purchases with an address verification system. This means your billing address must be the same as the address to which the credit card statement is sent. We will ship to an alternate shipping address, but the billing address must be verifiable. Do you have a catalog that you can send me?
In order to keep costs down, we do not print or distribute catalogs. Our Web site is constantly updated with new products, services and information, making any potential catalog quickly out of date. By focusing all of our efforts and resources on the Web site, we can guarantee the best possible customer experience.
When will you charge my card?
All purchases are charged at the time of order. We do this for two reasons. The first and most important reason is to verify the billing address on the card is correct to insure the person making the order is actually the card holder. The second reason is make sure the funds are available before we special order parts from the manufacturer.
Do you have parts for my older motorcycle?
No, we do not sell parts for bikes older than 20 years old. The manufacturers are only obligated to manufacture parts for bikes 10 years after their manufacture date. If the bike is older than 20 years old then chances are that the parts are discontinued. We do not keep parts in stock for bikes older than 10 years.
Do you sell Batteries?
No, unfortunately we can not ship batteries because of Hazmat laws. It is very expensive to get Hazmat certified to ship batteries and we do not sell enough batteries to justify the cost. Chemicals are not available for sale anywhere but the continental US.
If I buy a frame, will it come with a title?
No, the frames from all the manufacturers come blank with no VIN or title. It is up to you to find out which steps need to be taken according to your local DMV laws to have the frame re-titled. Honda frames require special procedures to order. Please call before you order.
There are multiple choices in the micro fiche for the part I wish to purchase. How do I know which is correct?
The micro fiche is extremely complicated and we cannot possibly put in every note for every part. If the problem is with a painted part, the answer to your most likely lies in the color charts for your particular motorcycle. If you run into a problem selecting part, shoot us an e-mail. Do you ship COD?
Sorry, due to previous fraud we cannot sell parts COD. We do accept certified check or money orders. Just select the parts you would like to purchase and then print your shopping cart. Mail the print out, payment and ALL of your contact information in to us. You should see the parts within 7 – 10 business days of the time we receive the payment.
